Let’s be honest – navigating menopause can feel like uncharted territory. But it doesn’t have to be something you face alone. That’s why we’ve created our Manage Menopause event – a gentle, supportive, and uplifting space for you to feel seen, heard, and empowered.


Led by me Angela Elliott, a qualified yoga teacher and menopause coach, this 90-minute session will help you move through peri-menopause, menopause, and beyond with confidence and grace.
